    Requirements: 1 Skiens Badge (You can get it by killing General Skiens in Skiens Island)

    Rewards: (These are the ones that I found there are probably more. Post some if you find them.)

    The thing with this boss altar is that the main and only hint for the item required is at the end of the Lost Soles quest. However, most people have already completed said quest and can't do it again, unless they level up another class.
