Yeah...

1. Chests cooldowns, whats up with them? When I join the server for the first time, I have no trouble opening any tier chests right away. But if I switch server, I need to wait for cooldowns.

2. Wynn maps, is there any reasonable direction? Is up north?

3. The taproot quest, I'm stuck on it. The videos on internet show some Tnot and a nice wall around witch's house. But I have a ruined wall and no TNT nor emeralds. I can't find the two stone.

4. What's the server restart timing? Every hour?

 

1. This is to avoid switching servers to abuse the fact that separate servers can have loot chests at the same time in the same location

You're not in "Past Dark Forest". To get there you need to enter the taproot, which is not too far from Tiek's house (if you are doing a quest guide, a rainbow trail should lead you to the taproot). From there, talk to Tiek (this time in "Past Dark Forest") and follow the path to get to the two stones.

 

It depends on its lag I think
Server 1 resets more often from what I remember, also, if a bomb is placed, the world reset won't start.
