"Though, one thing doesn't add up... Gram would have bled out days before we got here if the guardian of the skies didn't care for him in the meantime."

 

"Maybe she did.. something?"

 

"Perhaps you could go find out what in my stead? A surgery is not a good time to question what we know."

 

"Hmm.. I think I'll do that later. I'll wait for Gram to get better, or for Anne to wake up."

 

They nod.
"And, while I'm at it... you haven't noticed any strange side effects from your visit with Rema, have you?"

 

"Not yet, no. Why?"

 

"I don't want any harm to befall you. Our kin owes you for this."

 

"I'm still feeling fine. Thanks for asking." He smiles and continues to look at the operation.

 

The tree's just about pulled out, though it's dripping with blood.
"I still worry about everyone else who made deals with her..."

 

"I see. Thank you, Solis. May the winds guide you gently."

I ride Nemmek back into the forest.

 

"You as well." He says, going back into his hut as you leave.

Nemmek sprints off, though he slows down a bit halfway through.
You hear two regiments marching.

 

I quickly approach the sound of the regiments.

"Company! We make camp here, so get your gear ready!"

 

They're coming from two different directions...

"You heard the seer. Get on it!" The commander barks.

 

"And who is everyone else? Friends or something?"

 

"Alright." Eve says, walking on.

 

"Be careful about disturbing any sacred sites. The Galers like to use this place as a place of worship. If you see a monument, leave it alone."

 

I focus my attacks on her.

 

"No... Rema used to travel and make deals with people. Eventually, they realized that her intents were evil, and they tried to kill her."

You did grab a sword, but her dagger is faster than your blade. She lands a glancing blow, but it'll only be a matter of time before she can't keep dodging your attacks.

The commander nods.
"We'll do a little research before we settle all the way down."

Miorah tracks Eve's whereabouts with a few pollen spores.

 

Eve heads into the city, before Miorah loses track.
