Creepers In Llevigar

so i was like exploring llevigar cuz i was bored and found a creeper head in the mob department room thingy
not sure how well known this is, but im kinda curious as to the exact details about creepers, like, are they completely mythological like dragons and unicorns, or were they a known and documented species that suddenly disappeared? kek

 

From this line, creepers are probably not documented or known

 

I mean dragons and unicorns both exist in Wynn, so yes, creepers are like them


Creepers went into hiding a long time ago and have fallen out of Wynn's records, but it's possible that Gavel's history still has information about their existence

oh, that might be what it was retconned to

 

also, the creepers should probably only have been either in/killed in wynn since the doors to gavel were closed for a long time and garoth is from wynn and stuff.
iirc, the villagers only arrived after the portal was opened and helped the people in wynn and stuff, so they probably shouldnt have any prior knowledge of creepers.
so that should mean either the creepers were still around when the villagers arrived, which was not too long ago iirc, or a villager stumbled into the creeper den/cave thing

 

Well there's the possibility that creepers can be found in Gavel as well. I dont recall anything saying that creepers are native to Wynn.

 

There ARE some creeper heads that could be found in Gavel. But they are probably used just like a hand made decorations than actual creepers.

and plus from what i understand, the creepers went into hiding cuz of garoth and stuff, so if they were in gavel they should have no reason to not be strolling around and stuff

 

IIRC Almuj has creeper heads, and do a few other towns. I think I made a thread on it once a while ago.

I think creepers in Wynncraft are like, as @WynnChairman said, similar to what dragons and unicorns are to us in the real world: myths. Obviously they did exist at some point (creepers that is, not dragons and unicorns), and people were probably familiar with them, but when they almost went extinct because of Garoth, they just became thought of as an old story, but are popular as ornamental figures, like dragon statues and unicorn merch irl
