    I don't think this is even possible.. Once you hit 68, use


    Blue Mask / Millenium / Crystal / Passus Lux or Sodeta Boots / Concentration x2 (If you can get that....) / Squid Anklet I believe it's called / and once you hit lvl 70 and do Wynn site D, royal stormy amulet.

    Use Ra, Vitriol, or Twist Band for the bracelet. EDIT: Dazzling Doublet also works for chest. IK you asked for mana regen, but mana steal is pretty close ;).
    EDIT2: Also use static wand, searchlight, or Ohonte Kerhite. Calamaro's Staff and Glare also work.
