Mage/Dark Wizard Insane Mana Regen And Intel Build For Mage

Hey, what is up guyz? I think that the Mage/Dark Wizard is a really strong class, as it combines Offense and Defense in it´s spells.
This build has incredibly high Mana Regen, so you will almost never have too low mana to cast spells.
The Armour is (except leggings) based off of Lord Mutton Chops Ultimate Mage Mana Regen V2 build, but the rest is mine, but credits to him anyways though.

Third Eye has good Mana Regen and Raw Spell Damage (at least 3/4s Mana Regen and +100 Spell Damage)

It is no surprise that a Mage Mana Build uses Aquarius (at least 6/4s Mana Regen and 15% Spell Damage)

With it´s % Spell Damage and % Health Regen it is very good to make a build tanky (At least 18% Spell Damage and 25% Health Regen)

Not much about to say, it is just perfect for Mage (At least 3/4s Mana Regen and 15% Spell Damage)

%health regen is useless thats it xD

 

%regen = useless

HP% is useless without +HP regen raw, and isn't necessary as the raw on most items is fantastic at higher levels anyways ie. Hetusol, hephestus, etc. EDIT: And you're a mage, just heal spell since you want spell spam anyways.
Also

You need 95 intelligence for Diamond Hydro. Can't equip it before Thirdeye or directly after third eye without putting more SPs into intelligence since max intelligence bonus on third eye is 9 (6 more for 95 intelligence). Also, equip Thirdeye before both Diamond Hydro and Memento. Also refer to the wynndata.tk builder's Requirements section for info on what order to put things on in :

Also 72% spell and 345 raw regen is pretty bad. You can get that much regen with far more spell damage, and jesters are not good if you can get Diamond LI items (if you know what that is). Here is something better: https://wynndata.tk/s/FEwlbz

How do I get the Sine?
I used one LI item in my build, too so I knwo what that is

 

That's not how health regen % works. It increases your base health regen, which is higher the less health you have left. It's useful only if you are extremely low on health. Though when I tested it (don't ask me why I had a health regen % build), it healed me like 3k health when I was about to die.

I kinda guessed that. Good to have that confirmed. I never even used +hp% anyways, so I never payed attention to it.

Sine is from the fallen factory dungeon merchant. You can find the dungeon in Corkus. The item requires you to complete the dungeon 6 times. You can spend the 6 "Supercomputer Chips" you receive on the boots ;)

I use royal blaze and guard loop to hit 10k hp so I won't kill myself since it doesnt hit 10k hp
