Greetings fellow people of Wynn,
I will discuss my plan as president to all of you. As you all know, I am currently a candidate. I already have a plan in the case I win president, very low chance, but still. I present to you, my grand plan! As president, wybels will be given power. Wild wybels can only currently be found on one island. Some Wynn province areas will be given to the wybels, although other species may also live there, but that area will be under wybel rule. The current villager hierarchies of cities will remain. This excludes Troms. The king of Troms will be immediently removed for his crimes against the province of Wynn, and will be replaced by the a wybel hierarchy. The orange wybel boss will be brought to Troms, and be made king. The type of hierarchy of Troms will be the same, a monarchy. The hierarchy will consist of a king, consuls, the nobility and the Aurora council, made up of wybels from different areas of the Wynn province. They will be kind, and friendly to other species, despite the orange wybel being a little aggressive in the past. Below is a list of areas that will be under wybel rule.

• The city of Troms
• Jungle area (not Durnal jungle)
• Time Valley Area
• Half Moon Island
• Tree Island
• Some plains will be provided

I will also unite the kingdoms of Wynn. There will be a council made up of important hierarchy members from different cities. Each area will have representation, and important decisions for the province of Wynn will be created there. The goal of this council is to protect Wynn from further harm, and to assemble more help for the recruits fighting off the undead. They wish to resolve the issues that cause the Wynn province harm. To protect from corruption within the council, no one will have more power than another, and everyone will have equal representation. Any town/cities that refuse to cooperate with others will also have their hierarchy overthrown, and will be given to someone who is trustworthy (or to the wybels.)
