I was about to say "That uses the Elvish script" but then I checked, it does have it's own script.

So the book has nothing of importance in it except for the title?

It says stuff about the Skull, mainly how it's this fortress to the west, nestled in the mountains. Two paths approach it (from the north and south) and a shortcut called Death's Pass going right through some mountains. (You can reference this book more when you make any history check regarding the Skull)

Also, in regards to the scripts, SCAG includes a slightly different version of Elvish and Dwarvish (including numbers) AND also has a script for common (hint: It's not english)
