Algún Staff que me pueda solucionar mi problema, soy el usuario AnDrEZSD Y me han robado la cuenta de minecraft, mi cuenta es regalada y él que me la dió no volvió a conectarse, llevo jugando 3 meses en este servidor, tuve que formatear mi pc por un virus, y cuando fuí a entrar, no pude, esto pasó hace 3 días, espero que me puedan pasar los personajes y todo a una cuenta que compré, si necesitan caracteristicas de que tenía, los personajes que tenía y etc, haganmelo saber, espero respondan, gracias.

Anyway I don't think there is a way to help you with transferring your items. Mainly due to the probability of you having two accounts. Causing you to dupe your items. Words alone cannot justify sadly.

 

No intento engañar a nadie, como digo yo soy el que siempre ha jugado en esa cuenta, la cuenta que me robaron fue regalada, solo me dieron el correo la contraseña, nunca pude cambiar la contraseña o el nick, nada, yo soy el que ha subido la cuenta, repito puedo decir que tengo en los personajes, los personajes que tengo, que nivel son, que tiene cada personaje en el inventario, que tenía en el banco, son cosas que solo yo sé, no entiendo por que piensan que estoy mintiendo o demás.

Las supuestas dos cuentas, una fue regalada hace 3 meses, y la mía la compré ayer, no entiendo la desconfianza, solo quiero recuperar mi progreso por que me encanta este servidor, pero he avanzado demaciado para empezar desde cero.

Por cierto, me acabo de dar cuenta que pueden ver el perfil de alguien y saber que personajes tiene y demás, eso puede usarse para estafar, pero yo al ser el dueño, sé que tengo en el inventario de cada personaje, de los que más uso, lo que tengo en el banco, las LE que tenía, etc, repito, son cosas que solo yo sé.

Yes .... but once again you can have the possibility of not losing it. These are all possibilities, not full truths. You can probably actually have it... there are risks and knowing your inventory does not help. It just shows that you know...

 

Si obviamente yo se que tengo, por lo cual hice este post para tener algún tipo de ayuda, y al no tener imágenes o videos como prueba, solo puedo decir que tenía en el inventario expecificamente los items mas importantes por así decirlo, espero la ayuda de algún mod o admin, no importa si el proceso dura 1 semana, quiero tener todo de vuelta

Puedo usar traductor para hablar con algún staff, no hay problema

 

1. aqui se habla ingles (yo hablo español, utilizame de traductor si quieres) por lo tanto si es posible, habla en ingles
2. que te la hayan robado no es problema nuestro, solo se podria solucionar mediante mojang o algo, pero no creo que podamos hacer mucho
2. creo que no se pueden pasar los personajes pero puedes pedir donaciones de objetos (hay una politica de no devoluciones en el juego kek (pero esto no se aplica a la tienda de ranks y eso, para eso contacta el email del server que deberia estar en algun lugar)
(ya te digo yo que hay algunos que no les molestaria darte algo, especialmente sabiendo que hay gente que le falta espacio para almacenar LE y todo)
4. por cierto seccion equivocada, esto deberia ir a... ehm... wynncraft quiza? questions? no se pero general suggestions no es la seccion correct


si necesitas que traduzca o algo usa un @tag (pon @The Shroobs y aparecere lo mas rapido que pueda (aunque no tengo mucho tiempo ahora mismo...)) e intentare ayudar
