Maybe you can add some coral?

The terrain looks very oceanic and that is great!

This is cool! In the last picture, the flat part is very, very flat. Other than that, looks great! Maybe some more blocks in the palette?

I know that terrain is flat, I was planning on making an ocean trench there eventually but didn't have the time at the moment and wanted to get this post up. For the palette I am thinking of adding some birch planks and mixing up the sand with other terrain. Thanks for the feedback and suggestions!

May I ask what this is for? Also, it would be sad to see this work disappear by dark water, so please use a pack with light water when you fill it in :)

For the brightness of the water I was planning on adding sea lanterns under shrubbery and coral but I can definitely still supply some pictures with a texture pack that has brighter water. As for what the terrain is for, I'm planning on making it into an archipelago city with some cool mountainous terrain similar to that in Wynncraft.

I think you should add a variation of blocks. But dont add random blocks put ones that match the color scheme like how acacia goes well with polished andesite or gravel. Actually im going to suggest to add some endstone* maybe just for dem variation

Ok im going to put in caps my suggestions so its noticeable. 1: USE MORE BLOCK VARIATIONS, BLOCKS THAT MATCH THE COLOR SCHEME OF AN OCEAN. ALSO SEARCH UP OCEAN BEDS AND TRY TO COPY THEM 2: ADD A BIT MORE DETAIL BECAUSE ITS KIND OF BLANK RIGHT NOW. TRY ADDING SOME LIFE INTO THE OCEAN TERRAIN[IMG]

That sounded unnecessarily angry. Why did you put it in caps? So people see it above the pic?

As for the build, it looks like a good starting point. Depending on the pack you use, and I would find one first which you think looks good so you can see what blocks work, you could use a little coarse dirt and gravel, maybe sandstone and red sand, but obviously keep it at least sand. You could also add smooth stone, and once you work out the water level, some leaves and green stained clay as seaweed like in Seavale Reef.
