Some Strange Things Happened To My Items

some of the items i have changed their ids for some reason when i logged on today and i was 100% sure i had +2 tieir attack speed on my chakram that got switch to +1 attack speed, that doesnt matter too much but i also saw my thunder damage also lowered cuz im sure i had 2 chakrams and im using the one with more thunder damage but now its less thunder damage and i know im using the right one bcuz i put in the powder for the weapon. I also noticed that my Passus lux which HAD 3/4 mana regen 2/4 mana steal turned into 2/4 mana regen 1/4 mana steal which is terrible and i was 100% sure i didnt reroll those items...

BASICALLY

A bunch of the code was weird. Things would always around up.

For example, your Chakram. If the math for it's attack speed ended up being +1.00000000001, it's above +1, so it rounds up to +2 (which you can see, is not what's meant to happen). NOW it's normal, like it should be, where below +1.5 rounds down to +1, and above +1.5 rounds up to +2.

As for your mana stuff, to my knowledge, Mana Steal and Mana Regen was considered far to powerful, compared to other IDs, and also got a nerf (or maybe it's just another weird rounding thing where it no longer rounds up when it's not supposed to, idk).

No most items are balanced for rounding with the exception of like Moulded Helm's -tier.
