How Long Does It Take To Recieve A Rank After Purchase?

So I have a friend that is purchasing a rank for me. When he bought his rank a couple days ago he got his in-game almost immediately. Now he bought me mine and has proof of purchase and everything but its been close to half an hour now and i still don't have my rank in-game. I contacted the support e-mail provided but still no response. Can anyone give me an answer?

 

You shouldn't expect an answer to your mail within like 5 minutes. The support is handled by only one person so it might take a few hours maybe even a day or two, but if you sent the mail and included the transaction ID you'll definitely receive the rank earlier or later.

 

What I want to know is why I didn't recieve my rank instantly like my friend did.

I think that's related to buycraft, the service that helps handling purchases. sometimes there seem to be issues with that.
