Roll insight (but use Charisma)

I don't know if I add the modifier, cause I am proficient with insight, but it is Charisma.

 

You do add proficiency. Also, since you are level 5 now, your proficiency bonus should increase from 2 to 3.

 

So if you are proficient in insight, add your prof. Add your CHA modifier instead of your WIS.

That should give you 16. You find a lady nursing a baby, who seems nice enough to talk to you
