What Are These? Can I Tame Them? (i Keep Coming Across Them... I Want One...)

They are the devil, the lore says they are evil space monsters who killed millions, stay away from their cute facade, they have a 5% chance to instantly become OP and one shot you

[but srsly, they are Wybels, google Wybel A.K.A devil incarnate]

 

The only thing they do is following you and protecting you

Don't get attached too much to them anyone and anything can kill it, it can't change world, etc etc

Basically its like a guard, but its following you
And it is less cute than guards
Cuz guards r beasts

 

you can get a pet one from loot boxes but those don't do anything except follow you
also ignore the people saying they're evil, that's just an old joke that really needs to die. only the orange wybel in the sky islands is really bad.

 

You can get them as pets from crates occasionally. There's also a floating island full of them.

Anything so cute and cuddly must be up to no good, pretty much. Arbitrary skepticism enforced by the fact that the Orange Wybel is a superboss.

 

Pet wybels don't attack mobs. Only the ones with blue names, the ones you are showing here, attack mobs. Pet wybels are simply mobs that follow you around but don't do anything and can't die. Just like all the other pets in the game.
