There is like one accessory you can get from mobs, but I dont know the name. All the others are only obtainable from chests.

 

They aren't kidding, the only mobs that have a chance to drop accessories are mobs from Boss Altars. Such as the boss from the Prison of Souls Altar.

No. It is not. Only like 1 accessory drops from mobs, the bandit set if I remember correctly. otherwise accessories are chest only (Except boss altars)

 

I've gotten multiple accessories from normal mobs. Just recently I got Gospel as a drop from a random mob.

 

Most, if not all accessories, are hard-coded to either only have specific mobs drop them, or be findable in loot chests. If you find an accessory from just a random mob, it's one that needs to be fixed. It is meant to be 0%.

 

The bandit set and boss altars, but I also remember getting a unique necklace from one of those neutral mobs in the air base near cinfras.

 

i've gotten 3 gospels from mobs near the forgery

 

Ive gotten necklaces from grinding mobs before, and a few rings I'm pretty sure. But most of the time you have a better chance of getting an accessory from a chest.
