"I can warp you two there if you'd like to see her immediately." Caelia suggests.

 

"Then I wish you to study with me for a week."

"Was I really that mad when I entered?"

 

"Of course." Caelia says, sitting down in a black leather chair.

 

"Maybe some of the wild life fled into Aurilon. That would be nice."

 

I think you skipped me.

 

"You definitely were worked up." Alice nods.

Probably. It wasn't lit on fire, so you're bound to find some prey there.

Gaia takes another few sips, taking things slowly.

If it's a safehouse, then they'd probably respect that.
So, no, they aren't apparently that serious about killing you.

 

Gaia sits down a longer dark green chair, another space for her alternate self to sit down next to her. Calm piano music begins to play from another room, though is easily heard.

 

"Good... Good."
He looks around, trying to spot some prey.

 

Gaia heads over but curls up like a dog on the seat.

A bird flies into an old run-down hut.

 

Gaia smiles, amused slightly.

 

Gaia looks over.
"Sometimes you just have to compensate when you're four-legged."

 

"That's understandable." Gaia nods.

 

"At least things are easier to handle with golemic feet over dragon claws."

 

"True, but dragon claws look quite cool." Gaia laughs.

 

"Guess eggs will do."
He follows the bird.

 

"A week outside the castle? This could be dangerous. But, I will accept, and inform the king as such."

 

“Ah, well, no ill will.”
He takes another sip.
“The only place you could really find good stuff about me is in my home, which, as long as you don’t take anything, I’m fine with you being there.”

 

"I couldn't imagine Xlentia holding a teacup!" Gaia says, also starting to laugh.

"I don't really care that much about you. You haven't wronged me, so I just took basic notes to figure out how worried I should be with you around me."

"If you wouldn't mind hosting me a week, I could stay here."

The old hut is close to collapsing. If you go in, you'd risk bringing the roof on your head.

 

"I can." Gaia says, laughing harder.
