You didn't look like a human during the fight because Kortassa recognized you, so therefore unless you disguised on the way, you should still be a tiefling.

Kortassa saw me using Disguise in her cave, she can easily know who I am ;-;

The effect goes off after 1 hour, I can re-cast it to be safe. But as far as now, I'm still a human.

You can't cast Disguise Self on somebody else.
Otherwise I would have already done it since I can cast it everytime I want, whenever I want. XD
