    Could anybody help me make a build that can deal a lot of spell damage and have decent mana regen and healthpoints? Any gear.. I would really appreciate your help!

    Cancer doesnt really make sense to use in a spell build (unless you want your main dmg to be poison) especially now that the update is close and it is likely that cancer will get a huge nerf
