Murder Mystery 3.5: Redux

All of them.

 

The boxes all contain mass produced weapons, straight off the production line. Some of the boxes contain more exotic looking weapons. Upon closer inspection on one of the opened boxes, you find a bloodied knife.

 

Ask the investigator, identifier, and the Llevigarian army, and the old man and hooded man about what they know about it.

 

Investigator: "This is new. Mind if we do some tests to see who's blood it is?"
Identifier: "No, I know nothing about that. In fact, I'm pretty sure that wasn't in the box previously."
Army Official: "No, I and the army know nothing about bloodied knives in our orders."
Old Man: "No, I know nothing. Nothing at all.
Hooded Man: "I know nothing about this either. Although it does look familiar. I'll get back to you when I can remember where it's from."

Tell the Identifier how did the person sneak in, and what enchant it was supposed to be identified with

Identifier: "I'm not even sure. In fact, I havn't identified the knife. From the looks of it, it looked like it was already identified."

 

What was it identified with?

 

Identifier: I'm not sure, but the Investigator should be coming back by now.

(Give me some time to write the report)

 

Ask him if he ever saw that type of weapon before, and what level/rarity/ what it is usually used for.

 

Report 1
The Knife

The Knife was found in one of the Identifier's crates to be identified. These crates were filled with weapon orders from the army. The army has denied any knowledge of this knife, and the Identifier also denies knowledge of this knife. A detailed look by another resident Identifier reveals that the knife has been Identified only once before, and contains no elemental damage or special aspects. Further investigation reveals that the knife is hand-made and looks to be mostly for ceremonial purposes. testing on the blood of the knife reveals that the blood on the knife is that of The Necromancer.

Identifier: "Not sure. I havn't seen anything quite like this before. The report is out though."

 

Get fingerprints tested to see who killed the man or wielded the knife before.

I also will go to the identifier and ask him if he knows why the Old man claims he never identified anything.

What do the police know about the mafia and cults in llevigar?

 

Here's my theory.
Old man is the killer.

The weapon used to kill the necromancer was a dagger which was found at the identifier's.
The Identifier said the old man identified a dagger, yet the old man denies it.
The old man said he knew nothing of the found dagger very suspiciously.
There are multiple other things I could state, but for now, I believe our culprit is non other than the Old Man

 

Ask Everyone Where they were at 11:50 AM, 11:55 AM, and 12 PM.

 

If the Old Man has a house, search it
