That, and Flame Slash set them on fire. To be fair, with Phantasmal Killer on me, I couldn't exactly do a regular attack, and now the burning webs will hit Kortassa for even more damage.

 

Kortassa is being tortured from everywhere.

Would getting out of the web and getting Heartfire charges at the same time be okay?

 

Since I still have advantage from her being restrained (the web hasn't burned yet):

I gather sunlight from the air around my through my amulet, then focus it into three intense beams of heat and fire them at the Dao. I cast Scorching Ray.

I'll just put the higher roll, for convenience.

Ray 1: 17 + 7 = 24 to hit.
Ray 2: Nat 20.
Ray 3: 13 + 7 to hit = 20 to hit.

Assuming all those hit, damage rolls:

Ray 1: 5 + 2 = 7 fire damage.
Ray 2: 5 + 4 + 5 + 3 = 17 fire damage.
Ray 3: 6 + 4 = 10 fire damage.

Total: Assuming all of those were hits, she takes 34 fire damage.

I'm out of spell slots, but with Prestidigitation and a torch...

 

Basilisk oil doesn't catch on fire or else I would sit in it and burn.

 

She probably already IS torn apart.

How many different types of elemental damage has she taken?

 

I don't know, but at least Fire and Thunder.
