Another Dungeons & Dragons Campaign (6/6 Players)

Yes I'm pretty sure everybody is going up.

 

You all climb up into the bar. The bartender is polishing a glass, and most of the people have left. However, sitting at a table and talking with a human is an elf in mage's robes. He turns to look at you.

Spoiler: Erevan

You see a group of six people climb out of a trapdoor. Three elves, two humans, and a yuan-ti. They all look wounded and scorched. An elf and the yuan-ti look like armored warriors, and one elf is in a cloak. Another human is in medium armor with a bow, and an elf is in odd robes that look like animal skin. The last human is in fine clothes that you recognize as the outfit of a bard.

You recognize the cloaked elf's face, although you can't tell who they are...

 

I go to the bartender.
Knaal:" There was a secret cult of Aziraal in your cellar, we killed all members of the cult. Here's the axe of the cult leader. *I show him the axe*

 

I walk up next to knaal and says to the bartender
Liun:"Also here are some obsidian shards from a magma creature that attacked us,"I put all 3 shards that I took from one of the magma creature that exploded,"now give us the free drinks you promised"

Niryes: "Good, good. Beer to drown out anything else for once. (To the bartender): Your strongest!"

Now, everything the old man taught me says that I'm either going to be stuck with these guys forever or...
Oh. Yeah, I'm going to be stuck with them forever. Might as well get friendly with them before we go through the unspeakable tragedy that will make us more cohesive as a unit.. yadda yadda yadda.. Would make a good story, though.

 

@Not Florfy5 you still need to let the bartender answer.

Bartender: "...That's odd."
Bartender: "Here."
He hands everybody a mug.

Bartender: "Yeah."

 

Knaal:" You said we would also get 10Gp each right? And do you know a place to stay? Most of us are wounded."

 

OOC:No he said 10gp total but i want more money so...
Liun:''Yeah give us our money I killed like 5 people down there so where is my money'' I slam the mug on the table

This is just like Halloween. The guy promised 5 people money and suddenly there are more people.

 

I beckon for them to come to my table when they're finished with the bartender.

 

Bartender: "No, 10 GP total, but-"

Bartender: "H-here."
He takes out 11 GP.

 

Knaal:"Oh sorry, I thought it was 10Gp each, anyways, do you know a place to stay?"

 

Quick tip for the future: most people can't hold vastly different conversations with multiple characters at once.
Bartender: "..."

 

I mostly ask multiple questions at a time because it's more efficient than saying a small thing. You know because most of the time you answer while I'm asleep or at school.

 

No, about how Knaal is being nice to the bartender while Liun is threatening to kill him. Two vastly different conversations...

 

Oh I'm pretty sure that makes the most sense for knaal since he's caotic good and is kind of acting like a party leader so I'll try to make that right.
