The Private Rymek House With Blood In It?

so im in rymek just looking around a bit getting a pink wool block for a quest and i noticed a house with a sign saying private do not enter so obviously i entered. I followed a blood trail down stairs to a long hallway with bookshelves at the end but no button or pressure plate or a dropper under the carpet. I know this is important and goes somewhere ie because of the sign and the blood so can someone tell me what it is and how to enter? also i know its not a quest because theres only one rymek quest further away from here about a giant bird. also when u step rightup against the books it says leaving rymek so this is the outskirts. so any help im super curious about this i love secret doors

okay so this is what im seeing i found these on someone elses page about it but theres no emerald blocks for me or buttons its replaced with lain wood planks and no sign

I'm pretty sure that the pants relic hasn't changed. Still, I haven't seen this either, and the pants relic does require some speed.

 

Oh "Speed is what you need" I thinkkkk it's a hint to press both buttons so they are both pressed at once (Just by looking at the picture, though I'm really not sure)..

I went and visited it. It now has no buttons, the pressure plate on the table upstairs does not do anything, and all the carpets do not accept emeralds. I heard from someone that there used to just be a room with skeleton and wither skulls behind the bookcase at the end of the downstairs corridor. I think it's safe to say they removed this easter egg.
