"I repeat:Wait, what?"

"I've told you twice now. I have no eyes."

 

"She's missing. We haven't seen her since she ran off after Ruby visited the hospital." I explain.

 

"Okay, why did your dad take out your eyes?"
And that story doesn't explaim how she's able to see through my illusion.

 

Patience.

"He said I didn't need them. He said that eyes are fools, that I could become more without them."
Pause.
"...and he was right. You can hide your body from prying eyes, but you cannot hide your soul from mine."

"Have you checked with Artemis, or if she went home?"

"Right now, if possible."

 

"Yes and yes. Both yielded no clues." I say.

 

That totally isn't creppy.
Also, I feel the urge to just kill her so I have less soul-wacthing people in the world.

 

"I understand. The staff can become quite...active when I'm away from it for too long."

I step closer to the circle

 

She keeps looking at you.
"What, you scared of soulseers?" She asks, also seeming to read your thoughts.

"Sure, that too..."

You start to feel a telepathic link, though it's stretched far and not connected to anything yet.

"Would Gaia be able to find her own children? Your Gaia, I mean?"

She lowers herself.
"Then stop dawdling and let's get going!"

 

"Hold on, something's coming through...I'm going to need some space."

I slowly begin to sit down and focus on the link."

 

"I'm more scared of mind readers then soul seers."

 

"Okay!"
He climbs on top of the dragon.

 

"I know, that's what I'm working on."

The link continues to stretch, almost starting to tap into your energy.

"Why would you be scared? You're a demon! I should be scared of you, not the other way around."

Anne clings to you as the dragoness takes off over the ocean.
"Well, where are we going?"

 

"Almost here...keep your distance, this could get messy"

I sit on the floor in a meditative state

 

You don't seem very scared.
"Everyone's afraid of something."

 

"We're searching for a dragon named Gram. I was told he was helping with a forest fire of some sort."

 

"It is messy!"

That seems to distance the link more, even though it seems to stretch on forever.

"I am afraid of you, you just seem more afraid of me."
