Dihydrogen Monoxide is something that requires more light to be shed onto it. People are blissfully unaware of the inherent dangers of dihydrogen monoxide. Before I get to discussing the dangers, I shall first discuss its origins.

Dihydrogen Monoxide is believed to have come from asteroids onto earth billions of years ago. Dihydrogen Monoxide can be found everywhere around us, however it is commonly found in polluted lakes and rivers.

I will now be talking about its dangers.

Seeing how dihydrogen monoxide is all around us, it is easy to tell that it has assimilated into our daily lifestyle. It is found in almost all food and drinks. We ingest it on a daily basis. It has assimilated itself so much into society that it has even gone into the human body makeup, forming roughly 60-70% of our mass. In fact, humanity has a pseudo addiction to dihydrogen monoxide. Studies have shown that humans will fight each other over this substance.

Research has shown that I taking too much dihydrogen monoxide can lead to death. Not only that, but it is also proven that 100% of all human, animal, and even plant deaths have had some correlation to dihydrogen monoxide; namely the ingestion of dihydrogen monoxide. The fact that dihydrogen monoxide has already assimilated itself into society so much is indeed a cause for concern.

Everytime I see some chemical name and how dangerous it is, I immdiately think to myself:
"Oh great, it's another one of the "water is dangerous, but we're gonna call it by it's chemical name to sound more serious" joke."

-When inhaled in a certain ammount, it can cause permanent damage to the body
-It can become airborne
-Accounts for thousands of deaths per year
-Is a great place for parasites and other toxic shot to thrive
-Your body doesn't digest it
-It swells you cells
-Can cause frequent urination
-All serial killers use it
-It has been proven that it is a chemical used in bleach and pesticides
-Anyone exposed to it will die
-Corrodes metals
-Erodes land
-Located in tumors
-Used for torture
-Used in chemical warfare
-Found in several drugs, like tobacco, jenkum, and MaRiJqhWaNa
-It dries skin, leading to rashes
-When exposed to its solid form long enough it can cause permanent damage, usually causing limbs to be amputated or fall off

Most of the time I hear the dihydrogen monoxide joke as an argument that not all chemicals used in products are harmful.

 

personally I use dihydrogen monoxide to talk about the legit dangers of water

cause it doesn't exactly connect with some people if you introduce it as water

Also, I heard a story where some local mayor or something in the US tried to get the Commision that deals with dangerous substances to ban dihydrogen monoxide.

 

Did you know that dihydrogen monoxide is widely used as an industrial solvent? Or that there's an entire column of the Periodic Table that violently react with it? Or that it's the main component of chemtrails?
