Lag Spikes (connection Timed Out) Problem

Hello, I was wondering if anyone also have this problem while playing wynncraft. Sometimes when I'm playing everything just stopped moving, my health bar is gone, mana bar too I can move but It doesn't register, and when it stopped lagging all the mobs just multi hit me like a fucking badass. this makes me kinda mad. I've tried everything, when I /ping play.wynncraft.com on my cmd it frequently says "Timed out" I tried reseting my wi-fi, reset Pc, reset Mc, reinstalling mc, hop servers. It DOESN'T F*CKING WORK!!.

I can play other games like normal, watch YT with no problem, browse some thing with no problem. Is it just wynncraft or my internet? Please help I really need help.

 

There seems to be a connection issue with certain versions, try 1.8.

Look up what it means..

Also maybe try 1.8 9

 

well I'm pretty mad about this issue so I just typed what i... idk lol
I've tried different versions. still doesn't work I'll try to use the modpack thingy and see if it works
