Hey Wynncraft, I Got A Question.

Hey wynncraft staff reading this. I wanna create wynncraft animations but I dont have a full world download.

I know you guys dont really do this but I really need the world download for my animations, I promise I wont do anything with it and you can ban me for life if i do.

I just really need the world, so I really hope that you could make a exception for me.

I am sorry, but the download of the map isn't possible - people could easily find secrets and not yet released content due to how our updates work.

 

i know this could happen and i know this is a big question but i dont even need to be in the world i just need to import it to cinema 4d

I'd personally suggest trying to copy certain chunks of the map by hand if necessary, Not like you have many other options.

Doing something illegal without being noticed doesn't make it the right thing to do all of a sudden, and encouraging people to do so really shouldn't be our goal.

 

yes, but then again it doesn't say anywhere that its illegal, you need to make some additional more advanced and specific rules, because there's so many "ghost" rules that you never tell people about, but they should in theory know them

 

I still really don't see the downsides of a download

Most people aren't looking for the off map things, and those things have probably been downloaded and found

Most people just want to use the map for a good cause or something :/

 

There are things that wynn would rather have you not know, the more you know a system the better you are at abusing it, and this would apply heavily if u downloaded a world because u would be able to look at things wynn doesn't normally show then again they don't "protect" things that well either, so they would have to make a custom world just for people to download

 

I was going to mention the fact that he could have got away with it if he hadn't posted a thread asking about it, but then it would be quite obvious if it came up on yt and there were no other players/mobs/whatever
