Nice, can't even use the first build, and won't be able to use the second one after update

your bow is only doing water dmg cause of all water powders. This means that the dmg%s that will increase your actual output are water, spell, and melee. on build 1 you have more -melee which lowers your melee, but your higher spell and slightly greater earth/fire % (which affect bomb) increase your spell damage just about 1k more than the tank build. Build 2 (tank) has only slightly worse damage because of water dmg %. In both builds you use A TON of water damage (again your bow only has water powders) and you have almost identical water damage % in both builds which is essentially where all of your damage if coming from to begin with. When you changed out your items for a tankier build, you didn't even really drop the damage. Only losing 1k dmg on bombs when you get 200+ in all your defs and hitting the same 129 int mark essentially increases your defenses without removing damage (again yes there is some loss, but not much). Since dmg%'s are cumulative, the more you have in a single element, the more damage that element does. If you add a few extra % to the rest of your elements, you will only get a small bonus (in this case 1k) because it is not boosting the water damage of the bow, it is boosting the elemental damage of your spells. That is why you are technically better off using the tankier build IMO, but...
so I propose this alternative: https://wynndata.tk/s/7z05IU
Head: Apparently a Fatty White Substance in the Brain that is Un-associated with Cancer
    Chest: Obviously Best MR Item
    Leggings: Edgy Channeler
Boots: Which Came First? The Chicken or The Egg
Ring 1: A Solid Geometric Figure
Ring 2: Another Solid Geometric Figure
    Bracelet: Some Dude's Arm Dial
    Necklace: A Hideous Diamond Necklace
Bow: And a Bug Infested Bow Some Queen Died For

With a bow that does +20% in all elements and armor that increases multiple different elements too.
