Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Can't you guys just shift, though?"

 

"Okay."
He enters one of the showers and takes of his clothes

 

"It does." Abigail says.

Nobody answers the door.

"Yes, but keeping a different form requires energy and focus. Having a form, or no form, is just how you look normally." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

“It all seems the same to me...”
Crystal mentions, thinking.

 

Shadow Stephanie stays quiet, melting out from the ceiling and standing upside down on it, her hair falling downward.

 

Crystal suddenly stops rolling around, not seemingly looking at anything.

 

Shadow Stephanie keeps an eye on Crystal.

 

He doesn't move for a bit, but eventually starts wandering around the room.

 

Shadow Stephanie follows him from above, mirroring his position on the ceiling.

 

He stops, looking up at Shadow Stephanie.
"Hey, how do you think the others are doing?"

 

Ruby sighs.

"...I think I might need others more than this. We might be stuck going back to the forge... I'm sorry, Abigail." Ruby thinks, sitting down on the porch and burying her face.

Your clothes could badly go for a wash as well...

You're also fairly caked in mud.

 

"Excuse me, Sir?!" He yells from the shower room.

 

"Fine, hopefully. They're healing in the medical wing." Shadow Stephanie says.

The door opens behind Ruby.

"Yes?" A voice asks.

 

"That's good."
Crystal shifts back into his normal form, sitting on the ground.

 

Stephanie detaches from the ceiling, slowing her fall with wings before landing beside Crystal, sitting down next to him.

 

"I'm bored."
Is all he says as she comes down.

 

"I'll wash them." He shouts back. "Leave them outside the shower door, and I'll leave you a bathrobe to borrow until they're done."

Ruby sits up, glancing behind her.

 

"Oh. Thanks."
He leaves his clothes outside the shower and goes back in.
"I suppose it he does this a lot, seeing as he knows exactly what I mean." He thinks.

 

"What do you want to do?" Shadow Stephanie asks.

A strong looking forest guardian appears to be behind her, a large bow on his back.

 

“I kinda wanna explore, but I know I need to stick around for another Gaia update...”
Pause.
“I should probably train more or something.”
