New system that rates the leniency (acceptance of under requirement items):
If the name of the item has an * or more then that represents how much I'm unwilling to go under the requirements.
If one of the requirements, listed after the name, contains a * it means that that is required. No leniency.
The system will be rated as so:

No asterisk (Name) represents: you can try offering items that maybe missing requirements in one or two of the section.
One asterisk (Name*) represents: slightly lenient. Barely meets requirements and maybe 1-5 (depending on how wide of a difference the ids can be) below the requirement in some sections
Two asterisk (Name**) represents: barely lenient. You can maybe be 1-2 off in some sections. Will require the item you are selling to be almost godly/godly
Three asterisk (Name***) represents: has to meet requirements or can be above it. Will require the item you are offering to be godly. If a name contains three asterisks, requirements will not be tagged with asterisks

Ignition*- 11+ defense*, good melee damage%, and great fire damage%- good exploding% will get you bonuses on the price

Morph-Gold**- 27+sp*, 17%+ spell damage

Sodeta Boots***- 3/4mr, 25%+ spell damage, 30%+ xp bonus

Silver**- 18%+ loot bonus (loot bonus is main priority), 2/4mr, 6+ intel, good water damage, 8%+ walkspeed

Morph-Emerald***- 9%+ loot bonus, 10 sp

Ethereal- 3/4mr, great spell damage%, good water damage, maybe some intel or agility

Morph-Ruby and Morph-Amethyst***- perfect (15 sp)

Snail Helm**- 220+ raw health regen*, 6+ defense*, 400+ health

Opulenity***- 12%+ xp

Hexed Amulet**- 19%+ xp*, -7 or better sp

Venison*- 18%+ xp, 3/4mr*
