I want a build for my mage,
which if possible, include this
-decent health(not 1 hit kill)
-high mana regen
-can spam spells(means high mana cuts)
-maximum 1 or 2 master-hive items( pls be 1)
-maybe mythic???

That's very glassy, he needs decent health. I recommend changing it to:

Third Eye
Boreal-Patterned Aegis
Dark Channeler
Capricorn
Prism
Prism
Diamond Hydro Bracelet
Diamond Hydro Necklace
Lament

Edit: yes it's slightly rainbow slap but that's literally what the guy wants.
