A another option would be Hetusol.
The problem is that this item is really good. Why letting a really good item staying without downsides? I don't say it should get a major downside, but atleast some negative IDs due to the fact it has a lot of good positive IDs and no negative IDs with decent health, no SKILL POINT req, 3 powder slots and some positive defense.
Maybe people haven't realeased yet that it is pretty good. Maybe it is not thaat known item in the Community besides the super god build makers. As soon as they know it, maybe they overuse it as Paradox. (Also Paradox got a slighly nerf but still useful)
Being a too strong item without any downsides is not good. ---> like Paradox but it got already a nerf.

Sorry if I haven't answered your questions correctly due to my lack of knowledge in English.

What I'm trying to say is:

Chef Hamsey's Apron is a balanced example of super splashable items (jack of many trades, master of none)

It isn't so splashable that it overrides other options. It also doesn't have the deep synergies many other items have. It's balanced because it is viable for widespread usage, but doesn't overpower the options that are specifically built for their niches.

Tl;dr while Hamsey's gets decent splashability, it is controlled so it isn't so widespread and also is not really synergetic.

So you mean that an item which you can just wear without any skill point req. to get 8 defense and 8 intelligence (if it's maxed) with 3/4s Mana Regen without any req. is not such "overpowered" as some other items do that got now nerfed? Like Paradox and Darksteel Full Helmet.

    1) Darksteel got an sp increase because it probably got a significant buff.

2 ) Paradox actually beat out so many options, Hamsey's only really beats out Hetusol. Hetusol' s problem is Dual Negative Defenses when it should only have 1. Hetusol needs a buff, Hamsey's doesn't a need nerf.

And what's with Corrupt Nii Plate? It has almsot the IDs then Hamsey does. Why don't give just Hamsey 50 Intelligence sp req. too? Or 25 int and 25 def req. since it's a defense/intelligence chestplate.

Another inherent problem in trying to increase Hamsey's sp require -- the other aprons.

What's the problem? Giving one sp req and one not?

I'd imagine that if they touched one, they'd have to touch the others.

And why? Only because they are all in 1 quest reward or what? Does it really have to be symmetric?

I've noticed this is a thing that happens when you touch something that's part of the same grouping, all of them get touched or whatever. If it's part of the gimmick of a lot of items.

If you did touch them, you would ideally do:

    30 Int/30 Def Hamsey's

    50 Def Smoldering

    15/15/15/15/15 Sky Chef's

Why not giving Hamsey some negative IDs? Since it has some other good posititve IDs. Or nerfing some of the positive IDs like instead of 8 max 6 max.

Because it is a quest item thus limiting the ability to obtain/resell. Getting a good apron is not as easy or cost friendly as getting a good hetusol. Also the apron does not boost dmg or defense in any significant way except in stats, it is not like hetusol which boost % and raw health regen and the +defenses on hetusol are much better than on apron.

Because it's quest item, you are not allowed to nerf it or what? The item is not really that limited to obtain. You can do the Quest up to 5+ more times (depends on your rank) if you have the level of the quest. Pretty many people have much lvl 100 classes, which can do still the quest.
The Apron gives you +3/4s Mana Regen which kinda boost your damage indirectly ---> more mana -> more times you can do you're spells.
The Apron has decent health, +80 Fire and Water Defense and at max +8 Defense, so the Apron has decent defense too.
Apron can be better or can't be better then Hetusol, depends where you want to use it(depends on your build). 1. No Req. 2. A higher max +defense and +intelligence which the Hetusol doesn't have 3. no skill points req. 4. Apron doesn't have any negative defenses and +80 Fire and Water defense 5. No other negative IDs, Hetusol has negative walk speed which can be a bit anoyying and -Thunder and Earth dmg which makes it not so popular in Thunder and Earth builds/elemental combination builds

You need to get 5 classes to level 97 to get it 5 times, you only need 1 level 95 class to get Hetusol as many times as you like. Which makes getting a max Hetusol is easier and less costly than the Apron.

3/4 is not op in any way shape or form sure it is nice but it is not op especially when compared with the clock of luminosity which has +75 in water and thunder defense and 2/4 mana regen and to top it off gives up to 7% dmg in thunder and water damage as well as no sp req. The apron is fine the way it is, no need to "fix" something that is not broken.

You literally just can buy from other players for just a few le then Hetusol does. Also Apron is just more popular in the market, as the legendary Hetusol does. Hetusol is just not so popular in the market. That's why it doesn't cost so much.
You have you're opinion in what item is op. I find it op that you can just wear without any req. a 3/4s chestplate with some other strong postive IDs and NO any other negative IDs. Also I searched up for a "Clock of Luminosity" and there is none.

That's part of what Hamsey's is - not having negatives so it's splashable. Splashable =/= OP. Splashable while also easily overpowering options built for the niches == OP.

Adding some sp reqs allows it to maintain the splashable identity.

    Adding id's also doesn't work.
