Community Event Worst Build Contest

So I was talking to a good friend of mine last night about which bracelet was worse: pandemonium or knucklebones? And I thought of a fun little thread. I said "hey, I could make a contest out of this". So I present to you
The worst build contest
How it works: make the worst build you can think of. That's it. However, there are some requirements you have to meet:
1. Must consist of high level identified items. You can't just sit there and go "full chipped leather set hurr durr"
2. Skill point requirements must be obtainable, we'll give 198 free points to be generous
3. Don't use specialist you scrub
Rewards:
There are 3 places for the contest, would provide more if I wasn't broke
1st - 12LE
2nd - 8LE
3rd - 4LE

You have 600 hp and about -400 health regen(wynndata uses optimal stats so it says less) also you have about -186 ws(once again wynndata uses best stats I'm using worst ones) so you can't run and you do no dmg. Also if you look skill points are achievable with the boosts from items.

You need worse ID's than the best possible, which Wynndata only shows, to get a total of five health and bad walk speed. Put fire powders on armor to end up with negative rainbow defenses, and fire powders on Strati to negate damage a bit more.
