Playstyle (which feeds into Elements): spam sonic I gotta go fast/ GALES FORCE
Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): air
Level (range or exact, your choice): 100
Budget: no mythics, I got anima infused (lol worthless) and hep graves, I in theory could get LI items but one of the reasons I need this build is so I can actually do LI
PvE, PvP, PvB?: pvb I cant damage shit right now

 

Class: Assassin
Playstyle (which feeds into Elements): High damage spellspam with high survivability
Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): Don't care, whatever works best
Level (range or exact, your choice): 100
Budget: No mythics
PvE, PvP, PvB?: PvE and PvB if possible, otherwise just PvE

I would also like it if the build can be made with upcoming nerfs in mind so it will still work after updates.

The motoki build (use Lapis Neck for the substitute for the necklace if you want the mana, use Contrail or Runic Coin if you want more damage)

You're asking for too much, we're not rainbowslappers here :/

This is on the tankier side but the damage isn't too bad
This is another option that is slightly on the glassier side but has very good damage (still has nonnegative defenses, so it should be mostly fine in LI)

If neither of those suit your fancy lmk

Okiiiii also i coulddd pooossibly help you out either tommorow or the day after (if i dont get back from uni completely ded) however it would have to depend on the time since its already 1:10 am for me :p
Edit: oh and also if you want to do it with the build summit suggested... why not just go with lapiz neck? (Like he suggested) o.O its a really really good necklace so i would definitely always keep it in mind as a substitute

What you asked for is possible andis called rainbow slap. Its uncreative unoriginal and not fun to play (imo) and is basically the opposite of what we stand for since we like making builds where the items synergise well with each other. (Also rainbow slap usually requires a shit ton of hive items.)

Budget: Kinda poor but I'll try find a way (no mythics, LI stuff and 1 master hive item. I'll try do LI if it's really needed)
