The Hunger Games - Night 6

...so your on the other side of the camp.

You start patrolling around the cornicopia.

 

If you have the camp in the South, I'm on East. So on the right side of it.

 

Edd: Is there someone here?
I travel to the opposite side of the cornucopia.

 

Look, you said you change positions and the camp's perpective of you- Wait, did you hear that?

You think you see someone.

 

Aren

He readies his spear, holding it in his right hand. In his left hand he holds one of the sharp bones.
He keeps quiet.

 

You get yourself in a very defensive position. The person inches closer.

 

Aren

Just keep waiting for him to get closer. As long as Aren doesn't get spotted, he'll stay hiding and go for the kill later.

 

Edd: I see their silhouette...
I charge with my shield, carrying my sharp stick in my right hand out on the side of it.

 

You both hear what sounds like a failed attempt at a war cry from behind you.

 

Edd: What the heck was that? I can't dwell on that, though...
I try to deal a blow to the person.

 

Aren
He turns around, weapon ready, and looks at the person who screamed.

 

An explosion goes off at the camp.

 

Aren
"Holy shi..." He thinks to himself.
He goes back around and looks at the camp from a hiding spot.

 

Edd: What the heck is going on...
I stay hidden while looking at the camp.

 

The camp is completly destroyed, there is no hiding spot.

 

Edd: I will have to rely on myself now.
I look and see if any supplies have survived the explosion.

 

Aren
"What happened?"
He looks from a distance at the camp.

 

Nope, everything is destroyed, all you do manage to find Daniel's demolished body.

The camp is on the other side of the Cornicopia. You can see it pretty well by just going around the cornor.

 

Aren
"Was that some sort of suicide bomber?"

 

Edd: All I've got is what I brought with me - a shield and a very sharp stick.
I look around to see if it is safe to flee the center.
