    That makes it require more skill points than every mythic besides warp, spring, and freedom, and makes it the highest sp requirement weapon outside of those three, if I remember right

    This could mean that Black is getting a stat buff to make up for it's new extreme requirements? (I think)

    Or maybe it's already OP as hell and I just didn't know that?

    It already does a hella lot of damage. If it got a stat buff, it'd probably be even stronger (which I wouldn't mind).

    it doesnt do "hella" damage, because of its low base damage its easy to block or get blocked
    With my build ill do around 9-11K and 13k with courage

    65 per seems too restrictive :
    I wish it was 50 instead

    Yes to mobs without any defenses at all.
    I can solo every hive div that doesnt have fire or thunder resist, right now the low base damage fucks it and its too easy to block out

    Pretty much the best non-mythic dagger in the game though (and better than a few of the mythics)


    Plus, the old requirement is really low for any item of that standard.

    I've seen better daggers than it... Manna's probably on par, if you can use it right, snowdrift, and t6 hive are all good ones. I guess I'm just one of those folks who dislikes -m/r.

    You're intended to use mana steal, which activates around every 4 seconds (same as regen) with consistent melees).

    thats not the daggers fault though ._. but rather the ele def system being broken. They cant just buff the dmg simply because of the few thunder/fire mobs... also i do think that a dagger that can easily mealt through the health of the li mobs (apart from cybel cus cybel is death to black) is really good enough dmg wise
