I cast Scorching Ray, creating 3 beams of fire and hurling them at the bug.

Attack 1: 19 + 7 = 26 to hit.
Attack 2: 11 + 7 = 18 to hit.
Attack 3: 14 + 7 = 21 to hit.

All 3 should hit, so:

Damage 1: 1 + 5 = 6.
Damage 2: 3 + 3 = 6.
Damage 3: 4 + 5 = 9.

Total: 21 fire damage.
