"It is way faster than travelling on the Leviathan, not that I hate travelling that way."

 

Virei'tus keeps quiet, not wanting to interrupt.

"Nah, it's about the same speed. It just feels faster because of the wind."

 

Caelia finishes her piece, before appearing in front of Gaia.

"Yes?" Caelia asks.

"Xlentia and Virei'tus wanted to see you about your agreement to watch over the realms of light and darkness while Lux and Tenebrae are gone." Gaia explains.

"So they are dead?" Caelia asks.

Gaia nods.

 

"Oh well. I like it."
He enjoys the trip.

 

"I figured that if we are the cause of your unwanted task, we should help pull the weight." Virei'tus says.

A few minutes later, Siln lands outside the village, in front of a werewolf in beast form and a wyvern, both shifters.
"See you later, Bardock."

 

"See ya."
He waves Siln goodbye before he enters the city. Checking his pockets.

 

"You are not the cause, but the end goal." Caelia states.

 

Your pockets are pretty much empty, hold a bag full of bolts and a crossbow frame.
"Who are you, and why do you wish to enter?" The wyvern asks.

Anne's running up to you from the forest, dragging a bag with her.

"...What do you mean?" Virei'tus asks, uneasy. "Is our aid undesired?"

 

"Oh there you are, honey."
He walks up to Anne.
"Need some help with that?"

 

"Y-yeah..."
Anne lets go of the bag, waiting for you to take it.

 

He picks up the bag and throws it over his shoulder.
"Pff.. it's heavy. Ready to go?"

 

"Do not blame yourself for actions which cannot be controlled. Your deaths were the end goal of the gods, you were not the cause." Caelia states.

 

"That may be true, but the void that is left must be filled. You seemed reluctant, so my sister and I wish to make your trouble worth your time."

Twenty pounds. Heavier than Anne.
"Yep!" She says, trotting ahead.

 

"And how do you expect to do that? If you leave your reality for too long without protection, your influence within it will disappear. Even with protection, you're limited by time based on influence. Not only that, but I am doubtful the creatures of both realms will be more willing to accept two gods from another reality as their new, temporary ones compared to one of their own," Caelia explains, "However, if I am to be more of a figurehead and you to be more working hands, it would certainly help with the added workload of maintaining a bunch of psychotic murderers and insane ex-conquerers."

 

"You may remember that our realities differ strongly. It will exist without us, the only thing that suffers is the war effort. Regardless, if you will accept any aid, we will see what we can do."

 

"Okay, climb aboard."
He lowers his body for Anne.

 

"You up for carrying a bag and a girl? You really are the one I've been looking for!" She laughs, hopping on the shoulder that doesn't have the bag slung over it.

 

"If you wish, then you may." Caelia states.

 

Virei'tus nods.
"I will tell my sister the news. If you must give us details, link to me and I will relay any information meant for her."
Pause.
"...Again, I apologize for causing you to make this difficult decision."
His orb turns into a small portal.

 

"Pff.. don't worry. It's a piece of cake for me."
He walks towards the gate.
"Can we get in?"
