Serious I'm Legit Sad About This And I Need Help

    So I uploaded a video to youtube today. I made an edit that I worked really hard on, and really wanted to post it. Unfortunately....

    Even though I turned of monetization. I want to file a dispute, but idk if I'd win. Isn't this fair use? I've used copyright songs plenty of times in the past and it did nothing to block them...

    The song was Everybody dies in their nightmares by XXXTentacion

    So a case can be made that this is not transformative in nature. Just appeal the flag and hope it gets removed. Not much more you can do.

    iirc the system has a 3 strike system, so if you do get a strike you most likely won't get terminated
    also if you complete Copyright school and wait 90 days, it will expire and it would be like nothing happened at all

    but i'm not too sure weather it's under fair use or not
