"Rather go back to the cave first. I want to tell Siln and the Leviathan how it went."

 

Virei'tus looks cross.
"...Did Ihra not tell you what the binding does?"

"...That's not very secretive, but if you wish, then I will return you to the cave."

 

"I just want to tell them how I got rid of the curse and that I can control it now. I won't go into detail."

 

"Thank you. Remember, feel free to come back and visit. I won't bite." She says, grinning as she slithers over a portal frame, opening the portal back to the caves.

 

"I'll think about it when I visit the island again."
He heads through the portal and returns in the cave.

 

She slithers out alongside you.
"Hehee... he took the deal." She says smugly to the blue wyvern, who just sighs.

 

He awkwardly looks at the blue wyvern.
"Everything will be fine, right Rema?"
He winks at Rema.

 

"...Perhaps." She chuckles.
The wyvern sighs.
"May the gods have mercy on your soul, Bardock."

 

"I just hope this will work and that I can control my abilities afterwards."

 

"Binding?" Gaia asks.

 

"Ihra told me that as a precaution, bind the health of Lux to Xlentia's... effectively meaning you've taken out three gods with one strike."

"Oh, it will, sweetheart... it will." Rema says, a bit evilly to keep the guise up.

 

"Mortius should have overidden such a simple binding spell. 'Death comes to only whom his scythe reaps.'" Gaia recites.

"If Xlentia is harmed, then that was by your own doing. Simple magic such as a basic karmatic binding is nullified by my action." Mortius says coldly

 

"It wasn't as simple, but that should explain why she is only unconscious."

 

"You better be right about this. If not, then I'm not done with you yet."
He says with a serious tone.

I say to Zeri.

 

Rema giggles.
"Oh, of course. Both ends of a contract must be upheld, no?"

 

"Yes. They must. So you better not be fooling around."

 

"Same to you." She says, smug.

 

Zeri flies over to Gaia.

"U-Um, miss Gaia, i-if I may ask, d-did I perform adequately enough to prove my ability to Temporus?" Zeri asks.

"I am not sure, but I can say that you certainly helped a whole lot. Without you, the situation here would be much worse." Gaia says, smiling at Zeri.

"T-Thank you, miss Gaia." Zeri says, bowing.

"There's no need to be so formal. You have nothing to worry about." Gaia says happily.

Zeri seems to have flown over to Gaia, though the white eyeless dog is near to you, it's tail wagging a bit.
