Does Attack Speed Effect Spell Casting?

    Title ^^ Do they? I mean I fail more spells with slower attack speed weapons and succeed more with faster attack speed weapons

    Yeah, I heard it's a bug on Minecraft's side. If you have really slow weapons spell casting tends to be a little more tricky, if you're not experienced with it at least.

    It's annoying, really, I fail a lot because of "You are not permissioned blah blah..." and that attack speed

    From personal experience - it is.
    While using super slow weapons and I'm doing spell casting fast, sometimes It doesn't register at all.
