Assassin/Ninja Help Thunder Assassin Build (lvl 96)

Hi, I'm looking for an Assassin build that is based on the thunder element.
What I want in the build is:

• High damage
• High attack speed (super fast, weapon can be normal if stats have +atk tier)
• No mythics

As a side note, I don't care about HP, but if you do have it low HP I would also like health steal.

Lots of thunder weapons have fast+ attack speed so it's not hard

 

not endgame weapons
I can only name like 2 endgame thunder weapons that are "usuable" without needing powders

 

Black, blur, copper knife, lightning edge, roulette, odin, tsunasweep, waterspout, cataclysm
Just saying that if you have a thunder weapon it's very likely already having fast+ attack speed

 

yea but do you see a single pure thunder elemental legendary at endgame assassin>

 

copper knife, lightning edge, cataclysm, (shortout <- but has only normal attack speed)
Still my point is that a lot/most of m already have fast+ attack speed (when you choose a thunder weapon)
