Is this build decent ? If so what items should I switch ? (Plz don't tell me to switch weapon, use mythics or use more than 1 master hive token)

If you swap Aries for Heroism as well, it works (thus removing the strength req), and the build is considerably less glassy and doesn't sacrifice very much damage or walkspeed. Overall, I think it's a lot better, though you may disagree.

No. The way health Regen works us that raw changes the amount you heal each time, and % changes how frequently you heal. Negative % Health Regen simply means you don't regenerate health, which, with life steal like that you won't need.

This is false. %Health Regen actually affects the base health regen one has, which grows bigger the less health you have. Even so, however, it's nearly inconsequential to the amount of Raw Health Regen you'd have from a build with Heph.

 

seems really similar to my and Seoreh's fire and air monster build, except for chestplate (which allows the weapon swap). I like it :D
