Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Ihra tries to pick her up and put her in her lap, continuing to pet her.

 

Onyx almost leaps onto Ihra's lap before she does, curling up on it.

 

"You know my name?" He says, startled.
"Uhm.. I know someone who does. He offered to help me."

 

Ihra pats her gently.
"...Is there a reason you came here? You usually stay in the Shadow Realm." Ihra asks, easing up on the affection to give Onyx a chance to respond.

 

Onyx meows, purring.

 

"Yes, Gram told us you'd be seeking their aid. Come, follow us." They say, all of them turning around and walking up one of the center mountains.

"Okay, can we play a game of two meows yes, one meow no?" Ihra asks.

 

Onyx just looks confused, pawing at Ihra's lap before stretching out, extending her claws before relaxing, laying on her side.

 

"Not interested? Or you just wanted to see me again?" Ihra asks, gently scratching Onyx's belly.

 

Onyx purrs, relaxing and shifting slightly so Ihra can scratch her belly more.

 

"Well, it's nice to see you again too." Ihra says, now using two claws to scratch Onyx instead of just one.

 

Onyx licks Ihra's claw casually, her tongue like hard sandpaper.

 

Ihra giggles.
"You remind me of Sgavrinn so much. Both of you always seem to want pet."

 

Onyx purrs, resting in Ihra's lap as her eyes slowly start to close.

 

I give her a card.
Revealing it shows an eight.

 

He follows the dragons, saying nothing.

 

"Over again."

Ihra sighs.
"Could you not fall asleep on my lap? I'm expecting an angry god at, like, any time now."

As you hike up the mountain, the three dragons stop at a cave with a very small opening, too small for most dragons to get through.
"They're all in there. I assume you've already been tipped off about Rema, though."

 

Onyx falls asleep anyway, either not understanding or not caring about what Ihra said.

 

Ihra carefully puts Onyx on the ground next to her, petting her a bit more.

 

Onyx doesn't seem to appreciate it much, going and lying on Ihra in protest. At least she's no longer in Ihra's lap...

 

"The one with the black magic? Yeah, Siln told me to avoid her as much as possible."
