That means basically you can make contracts with the hag (hags love making deals and such), but the price depends on the contract made

 

I look to the hag.
Caligo: "What kind of deals are you offering with that contract?"

 

An old man at the stall waves as you approach

Remember. You are an Artificer. Lore-wise, you created the gun yourself. No one else has such a gun. Most people have never even heard of guns.

Later in the campaign there IS actually someone who can help, but thats not in this town.
