Dungeons And Dragons Campaign [full] [discontinued On The Forums]

The campaign is actually double normal capacity right now, with another person we promised to add in. We can't add in any more players. There is an overflow campaign by @Teh_Swashbuckler but from what I've heard that's also at or exceeding maximum capacity. We are working on making a second overflow campaign.

And, even if we were not at capacity, you supposed to message the DM about your character, not just jump into the thread without telling anyone...

Wizard: "It has 7 charges, each can be spent to shoot out a retraining web. Each day it regains some charges. Just be careful, completely depleting the wand has a chance to break it."

Guard 1: "Well... Umm... Well done! Dark magic and invoking the name of Orcus is serious, he might know about this undead plague. We should take him to Stilon."

Guard 2: "We don't have any jail suitable to hold spellcasters here. We typically send them off to Seneca, they had a jail fully warded against spells. Sadly, it no longer exists."

Guard 1: "Would you like to join us? I'm sure the great and powerful Yevor can get this man to talk."

Guard 2: "And don't worry about the drugs, everyone sneaks a bit sometimes. Don't ask, don't tell. As for selling someone else's bread, that's the least of his problems..."

 

Erevan: "Mind if I return in half an hour or so? I have some errands to take care of, and I doubt we'll get much information out of him until his high comes down..."

 

Guard 1: "Sure, we can take him to Stilon ourselves. Come when you are ready."

Guard 2: "I doubt he will be any threat until his high comes down..."

 

Erevan: "Be sure to gag him and restrain his fingers. That will prevent any form of spellcasting."

I head back to the market.

Caligo: "Hm. Sounds useful. I'll be back, don't sell it quite yet."
I joke, wandering off to a different shop...

But I need to sleep, so the Gnome will buy it in the morning

You started attacking the Half-Elf.

 

That was because of some stuff that happened between us in the past. Also, he threatened me...

Anyway, after exchanging some spells, attacks, and threats, I get him to fall prone with a Command spell, and Heat and Yevor pin him. We try to question him and he invokes the name of Orcus, demon of undeath, and promises vengeance if we kill him. I successfully intimidate him with my holy symbol, and we take him to the guard for practicing dark magic.

Also, Caligo gives the Half-Elf some magic cocaine.

Anyway, we turn him over to the guards, and I'm going to go with them to question him, but needed to do some errands first. Also, some other people are shopping.

 

So we can either go buy stuff or join the others with the guard?
