"i Have A Phone On My Person"

So for some reason my friend and I seriously argued for a long time if the statement above was in first person or third person.
Me, being the more intelligent of us, stated that it's in the first person.
My friend, however, kept saying it's in the third person.
I just kinda want to see what people have to say about this, and if you agree with me or my friend.

if the sentence is used such that "person" is a proper noun, then the sentence would refer to one's "person" possessing a phone.

but if you're just asking about the sentence's source, it is obviously first person, due to the use of "I" and "my"

Uses I and My, states that youown the "person", doesn't use the "person"s perspective, its first.

It's a sentence you can use to clarify possession of something, or at least, that's how I use it.
For example, if you were to say "I have a phone" the situation usually tells whether you have the phone with you right now, or you just own a phone.
On the other hand, the statement "I have a phone on my person" tells that you have the phone with you right now.
