Dungeons And Dragons Campaign [full] [discontinued On The Forums]

Aelux jumps up and slams his sword down on Evile, who collapses.

With his last breath, Evile stabs his sword at Aelux. It misses his left side, just barely. Aelux cries out and collapses as well.

 

Yevor runs over to "Aelux"'s side.
Yevor: "Aelux!"

 

Heat sneaks away while Yevor plays along.

Heat: "That is not the first time a dwarf has saved me."

I run towards the area where the dragon fell.

 

You see a human (who you know to be @AlexisPlay) de-scaling the dragon with his shovel

Aelux: "We have done it! Evile has been vanquished! The kingdom is at peace! Now go, spread forth good in the world! Carry on my legacy!"

*dies*



The crowd stands up and roars in applause.

Evile stands up and takes his helmet off. It reveals a normal human-looking face. He bows to the crowd.

Aelux also stands up and takes his helmet off. His face is kind of worn, but still nice enough to pass for an elf or maybe half-elf. He bows too.

Everyone is looking at you (I'm assuming you have also had your helmet of NOPE on this whole time).

1) Yevor takes off the Helmet of Nope and bows to the crowd.
OOC Yevor: "Let's make that a bit more canonical for the exact events..."

Someone yells from the crowd: "That's not Gener!"

Gener stands up from the rooftop, dressed like Yevor but the armor ending at his knees: "I'm up here. So... who's that?"

A murmur goes through the crowd until finally, someone yells out: "It's him! It's really Yevor!"

The whole crowd goes wild.

 

I was going to use my light cantrip to give Yevor a dramatic golden glow, but it turns out it's only touch range...

 

RIP dramatic moment.

Anyway...

 

Althiaos to whoever's on the rooftop:"well it appears as though it wasn't a beheading and this wasn't yevor..."
ALthiaos to whoever i took:"I am terriblely sorry sir this was a misunderstanding want to go down now?"

 

Gener eagerly nods

 

1) Yevor: "True..."
Yevor waits for a moment for the crowd to die down.

3) Well, it was rather obvious at the point. Although, I'm RPing Yevor as a lot dumber than he actually is... 14 INT, 13 WIS, and 14 CHA are surprisingly good mental stats for a Fighter.

And then you remember/realize: Yevor’s background is Folk Hero.

The crowd sees you are about to speak, and dies down to a murmur. Everyone wants to hear what you have to say. (I mean, they have a play about you. They obviously hold you in high regard)
