    Title says everything. Here's my list of stuff I need to buy:

    x2 Tisaun's Honour (At least +5 DEF, 2LE each)
    Bovine Cuff (Stats don't matter, offer your prices)

    I'm pretty sure you can get the royal blazing amulet at Cinfras but you have to complete WynnExD.

    Ik but the closest class to WynnExD I have is a level 60-ish, so

    You need to have completed the quest to wear the amulet so you should just do the quest and not buy it.

    nah I need it for my level 92 Warrior who has done the WynnEx storyline. I had the Blazing Amulet already but I threw it out some time ago, so I was looking for a new one.
