Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Go ahead. Just... please don't trash the place. This is pretty much all I've got."

"Oh, you went that route. Yeah, that should be it. That and a sacrifice."

 

"Which we'll determine at a meeting soon. I think you should be there too, just so you know how it goes." I say.

 

"Oh. Yes ofcourse."
"Okay, gotta get to a safe spot before I transform and destroy everything." He thinks.

 

"I will be. So will Xlentia."

"Thanks. I'll be out at nightfall. Make yourself at home."

 

"Thank you. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow."
He waves the vampire goodbye.

 

"I think she'd crush the palace." I say half jokingly.

 

"She'll be present anyways."

They wave, still not showing their face as they leave.

It's starting to get dark.

 

I shrug, "I guess I should organize the meeting then." I say.

 

"Okay, time to find a save place."
He looks around in the deeper parts of the cave.

 

"We'll be waiting."

There's a small cave-in, and what seems to be a large rock the vampire uses to keep them trapped.

 

"That'll do."
He gets inside.
"Now, how do I close it? Maybe I should leave a not first?"

 

I fall through a dark portal, which closes shortly after.

Almost a day later, I return, looking around for Emerald and Xlentia.

 

They seem to be waiting for you.
"Well, are you ready to start discussing this?"

The rock seems to be able to be tipped from the outside, sealing the person in the cave once it falls back over.

 

"I'll leave a message first, incase I get stuck inside."
He looks around and searches for a pen and paper.

 

"Yeah, everyone's waiting." I say.

 

"Then let's get on with it."

There's already a note on the outside of the rock, saying to open the chamber in the morning.

 

I step back through the portal I came through, leaving it open for Emerald.

 

Emerald steps through, and Xlentia peeks through it.

 

"Oh, that's nice."
He walks back inside the chamber and tries to close it.
"Lets see."

 

It tips over with a thud, and it's immovable from the inside.

One problem - Ren hasn't come back with the food.
