Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"A good mean would be wise. Don't want to lose control again."

 

"I can have my girl go grab something from the island. No guarantees she'll leave you everything, but I can guarantee she'll bring you back some kind of meat."

 

"If you want to do that, that would be really appreciated."

 

The person feels a lot like Bea, stopping once they reach Amethyst.

"Y o u h a d m e w o r r i e d" Amethyst feels.

 

Amethyst knocks her tail one more time, hoping the king and queen are still there.
"I wanna try anyways"

"I'll send her off. Assuming you can follow a path, I'll head out and make sure she doesn't just feed herself, okay? I'll try and make it quick."
The sun is just over the horizon, at this point...

 

"Okay, got it. But make it quick."
He waves and then heads straight for the cave.

 

As you get to the cave, you can see the phoenix fly off towards the island.


The cave seems to be used often, to the point where there is a hand-made bed with a makeshift mattress and an oil lamp on a rock nearby. On the other side of the cave is a fire pit with a few extra logs.
Possibly the strangest thing, is that there's a coat on a makeshift hook.

 

"Is someone home?"
He looks around and listens quietly.

 

"...Yes?" A voice echoes faintly from deeper in the cave.

 

"Am I trespassing? I.. I need a place to spend the night."

 

"No, no... i-it's fine, as long as you promise not to tell anyone else I'm here..."

 

"Sure. No problem. But I do have to warn you though, I'm a lycanthrope."

 

"H-huh... that's funny, I'm usually the one warning others who I am."
Pause.
"Sorry I didn't clean up, I didn't know anyone else was here."

 

"T r y w h a t ?" Amethyst feels.

The king and queen still appear to be there.

 

"Hug"
Amethyst approaches the queen, moving a bit slowly out of nervousness.

 

Nothing happens for a short while, before Amethyst feels herself being picked up by a giant hand, then pressed against soft fabric.

 

Amethyst rubs against the fabric a bit, tracing a heart on the hand.

 

"It looks better then my home, so don't worry. But why must you warn me?"

 

"Well, funny thing is that I think we're supposed to be enemies. Or, at least, at one time we were."

 

Amethyst feels herself put down again, and she can sense Bea nearby.
